  • 2 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil potatoes and cauliflower together until tender.

  2. Drain and mash the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.

  3. Add milk and butter, and mix well.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
