How To Make Orange Blossom Easter Bread Recipe
A soft and sweet bread infused with orange blossom water, perfect for your Easter brunch table.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup orange blossom water
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add warm milk, orange juice, orange blossom water, orange zest, softened butter, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients.

Mix until a dough forms, then knead for 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover and allow to rise for 1 hour.

Punch down the dough, add in raisins, and shape into a round loaf.

Place the loaf on a lined baking sheet, cover and allow to rise for another hour.

Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing.
