How To Make Rasmalai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 12 rasgullas (store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk in a pan and add sugar, cardamom powder, and lemon juice.

  2. Stir occasionally on medium heat until the milk thickens.

  3. Add water to the syrup and bring it to a boil.

  4. Drop the rasgullas in the syrup and allow it to boil for 2 minutes.

  5. Turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
