Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Creole seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Spread tomato sauce over pizza crust.

  3. Sprinkle cheese on top of tomato sauce.

  4. Add andouille sausage and mushrooms to pizza.

  5. Drizzle olive oil over pizza.

  6. Sprinkle Creole seasoning on top of pizza.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
