Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper until well combined.

  3. Stir in the chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese.

  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the quiche is set in the middle.

  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
