How To Make Andouille Sausage and Potato Hash Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Andouille sausages, sliced
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, chopped into small pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add sliced Andouille sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.

Add chopped potatoes and cook until crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped red bell pepper, onion, garlic, and thyme. Cook for another 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
