How To Make Salmon, avocado & cucumber salad

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, avocado slices, cucumber slices, red onion, and chopped dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

Divide the salad onto plates and top each with a grilled salmon fillet.
