How To Make Boulanger Potatoes with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, bacon, onion, and garlic. Season each layer with salt and pepper.

  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the potato mixture.

  4. Pour the heavy cream over the dish, covering all the ingredients.

  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
