- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
-
Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
-
In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
-
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
-
Take 1/4 cup of the potato mixture and press it firmly into a patty shape. Place it in the hot skillet.

Repeat with the remaining potato mixture, making sure to leave enough space between each rösti in the skillet.
-
Cook the rösti for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
-
Transfer the cooked rösti to a paper towel-lined plate to remove any excess oil.
-
Serve the potato rösti hot, with your choice of toppings or as a side dish.
