- 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Arrange a layer of the potato slices in the prepared baking dish, overlapping slightly. Repeat with remaining potato slices, forming multiple layers.
