Ingredients

  • 4 sausage links
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.

  3. Place a sausage link in the center of each rectangle.

  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sausage.

  5. Roll the pastry tightly around the sausage and seal the edges with the beaten egg.

  6. Place the sausage rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Brush the tops of the sausage rolls with the remaining beaten egg.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
