How To Make Rosemary and Lemon Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Rinse pork tenderloin and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a rub.

Rub the mixture over the pork tenderloin until coated.

Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour lemon juice over it.
