Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
