Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the rub.

  3. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then coat them evenly with the herb rub.

  4. Place the pork chops on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the herbed pork chops with your favorite side dishes.
