Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the olive oil over both sides of the pork chops.

  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops and rub it in.

  5. Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
