Ingredients

  • 4 sausages
  • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large baking dish, place the sausages, bell peppers, and red onion.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.

  4. Toss everything together until well coated.

  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
