How To Make Bacon, Brie and Red Onion Baguettes

- 4 mini baguettes
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice open the mini baguettes and place them on a baking sheet.

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In the same skillet, add the sliced red onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Brush olive oil on the inside of each baguette and season with salt and pepper.

Layer each baguette with bacon, brie cheese, and red onions.

Place the baguettes in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
