How To Make Chicken, bacon & watercress baguettes

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crispy
- 1 baguette, cut into 4 equal pieces
- 1 cup watercress leaves
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the baguette pieces in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom section.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the baguette.

Layer the cooked chicken slices, crispy bacon, and watercress on the bottom half of the baguette.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the top half of the baguette on the filling.

Wrap each baguette tightly in aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.

Remove from the oven and carefully unwrap the baguettes.

Slice into individual servings and serve immediately.
