Ingredients

  • 1 pound of steak
  • 1 pound of chicken breasts
  • 1 pound of pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan.

  2. Brush the meats with olive oil.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried oregano.

  4. Season the meats with the spice mixture.

  5. Grill the steak to your desired doneness, usually about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  6. Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.

  7. Grill the pork chops until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.

  8. Remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  9. Slice the meats and arrange them on a platter.

  10. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or condiments.
