How To Make BBQ Chicken Platter

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Optional toppings: sliced red onions, avocado, and corn tortillas
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on the grill and brush with the BBQ sauce mixture.

Cook the chicken for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice the chicken.

Arrange the sliced chicken on a platter and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and optional toppings.
