Serves:

Ingredients

  • 500g minced meat
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 pav buns
  • Butter for toasting

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.

  2. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for a minute.

  3. Add minced meat and cook until it becomes brown.

  4. Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

  5. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the meat is tender.

  6. Heat a griddle or tawa and toast the pav buns with butter until they turn golden brown.

  7. Serve the keema with toasted pav buns.
