How To Make Keema Pav

Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 4 pav buns
- Butter for toasting
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for a minute.

Add minced meat and cook until it becomes brown.

Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until the meat is tender.

Heat a griddle or tawa and toast the pav buns with butter until they turn golden brown.

Serve the keema with toasted pav buns.
