How To Make Kale & Chorizo Broth

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 oz chorizo, sliced
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and leaves torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

Add chorizo and cook until crispy.

Pour in broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add kale and cook for an additional 5 minutes until wilted.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
