How To Make Sesame Stir-Fry Wrap

Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet.

Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
