Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add the tuna cubes and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated tuna for 3-5 minutes, or until the tuna is cooked through.

  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

  4. Assemble the tortillas by placing a spoonful of cooked tuna onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and sliced avocado.

  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve.
