How To Make Fresh Tuna Tortillas

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, cut into small cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced avocado
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add the tuna cubes and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated tuna for 3-5 minutes, or until the tuna is cooked through.

Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

Assemble the tortillas by placing a spoonful of cooked tuna onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and sliced avocado.
