- 1 kabocha squash, seeds removed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the kabocha squash wedges on a baking sheet.
