How To Make Pineapple Pretzel Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.

In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in the crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks.

Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
