Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.

  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through cooking.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
