Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the cauliflower florets, minced garlic, bay leaves, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the cauliflower is well coated.

Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned, stirring once or twice during cooking.

Remove the bay leaves before serving.
