How To Make Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it lengthwise into 4 thick steaks.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture.

  5. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

  6. Flip the steaks halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

  8. Serve the roasted cauliflower steaks as a main course or alongside your favorite side dishes.
