Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.

  4. Remove the roasted cauliflower from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.

  5. Serve the spicy cauliflower as an appetizer or a side dish.
