  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine jicama, red pepper, red onion, jalapeño pepper, and cilantro.

  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and toss well.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
