Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss jicama fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Arrange fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fries are crispy, flipping halfway through.

  5. Serve hot.
