Ingredients

  • 1 small jicama, peeled and julienned
  • 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine jicama, radishes, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  4. Serve chilled.
