- 1 Jicama, peeled and chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup of Edamame, shelled
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the jicama, edamame, red onion, and cilantro.
