Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 4 oz goat’s cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice off the tops of the tomatoes and carefully scoop out the seeds and pulp.

In a bowl, mix the goat’s cheese, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Fill each tomato with the goat’s cheese mixture and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the cheese is melted and golden.
