How To Make Goat’s Cheese Crouton Salad

Ingredients
- 4 slices of French bread, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz goat’s cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.

Add the crumbled goat’s cheese and toss everything together.

Once the croutons are done, let them cool slightly before adding them to the salad.

Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze and toss again to combine all the flavors.
