Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs
  • 4 oz goat’s cheese
  • 1 small head of radicchio, separated into leaves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cut a small slit in the top of each fig and stuff with a small piece of goat’s cheese.

  3. Place the stuffed figs on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the figs are soft and the cheese is melted.

  5. Meanwhile, arrange the radicchio leaves on a serving platter.

  6. Once the figs are ready, remove from the oven and place on top of the radicchio leaves.

  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
