How To Make Rainbow Goat’s Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 200g goat’s cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the goat’s cheese, dried cranberries, and pistachios until well combined.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into balls.

Roll one ball in the shredded purple cabbage until fully coated. Repeat with the remaining balls and different ingredients (yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves).

Season each cheese ball with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the cheese balls on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
