  • 4 fresh Habanero peppers, stems removed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the Habanero peppers until finely chopped.

  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt to taste. Pulse to combine.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
