  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until rice is tender.

  2. In a small bowl, combine diced habanero pepper, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.
