  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, minced habanero pepper, and chopped cilantro.

  2. Squeeze juice of one lime over the mixture and add salt to taste.

  3. Mix well and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
