  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until desired consistency.

  2. Add in the habanero pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
