Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cubed watermelon
  • 1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together watermelon, habanero pepper, and mint leaves.

  2. Add in lime juice and salt to taste.

  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.

  4. Serve chilled.
