Ingredients

  • 4 Anaheim peppers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Rinse and dry peppers.

  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Using a basting brush, brush mixture onto peppers.

  5. Grill peppers for 5-7 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.

  6. Serve hot.
