How To Make Anaheim Pepper and Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Anaheim peppers, sliced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.

Toss shrimp and peppers with olive oil and spice mixture.

Grill shrimp and peppers over high heat until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Heat tortillas on grill for a minute on each side.

To assemble tacos, place a few shrimp and pepper slices on each tortilla, top with cilantro, and squeeze lime juice over the top.
