- 2 Anaheim peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 large avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup sliced radish, for garnish

In a blender, combine peppers, avocado, cucumber, garlic, broth, lime juice, cumin, salt, and cilantro.
