Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions. Set aside.

  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender. Drain and set aside.

  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
