How To Make Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa

In a bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.

Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

Assemble the tacos by placing a spoonful of the cooked chicken onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
