How To Make Cardamom-Spiced Vermicelli

- 8 oz vermicelli pasta
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Cook the vermicelli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cardamom powder and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the sliced almonds, raisins, and grated coconut to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the almonds are golden.

Add the cooked vermicelli pasta to the pan. Mix well to coat the pasta with the spices.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, milk, and water. Pour this mixture over the vermicelli in the pan.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has been absorbed by the pasta.
