How To Make Thai Turkey Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spoon.

Add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the turkey and vegetables in the skillet. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the torn basil leaves.

Serve the Thai turkey stir-fry over cooked rice.
